After 30+ years of being one of the top photographers in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gordon retired from wedding and portrait work in 2024. However, to scratch the creative itch, he still volunteers his photography skills to Charitable Organizations and to local High School athletics. Also, Gordon returned to what started it all- landscapes.

Among his many accolades during his career, Gordon received the prestigious Kodak Gallery Elite Award. He also was named Photographer of the Year in consecutive years by Professional Photographers of Santa Clara County. In addition, Gordon has been awarded a Fellowship by the Professional Photographers of California for his artistry. His work has also been displayed at The Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida.

Gordon plans to do some traveling and photograph as many National Parks as he can. Also high on the bucket list, is to do an African Safari and photograph some wildlife.
